01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and j7774 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") concerning your access to and use of the j7774 online gambling and sports betting platform available at j7774.cam.

j7774 is an internationally operating online platform. It is not licensed by any Pakistani governmental authority and does not represent that its services are lawful under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This document does not constitute legal advice. Users in Pakistan and all other jurisdictions are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is permitted in their location before registering or depositing funds.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• You have not been diagnosed with a gambling disorder and are not a known problem gambler.

04 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on j7774. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited, with or without prior notice.

You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

j7774 is required to verify the identity and age of all users before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (national identity card, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where applicable.

j7774 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Accounts where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed may be restricted or closed in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. j7774 will never contact you to request your password. You must notify us immediately via the live support channel if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

05 Terms of Use

Your access to and use of the j7774 Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use:

• The Platform is provided for personal entertainment use only. Commercial use, systematic data extraction, and automated betting systems are prohibited;
• You must not attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any part of the Platform's underlying software, algorithms, or data structures;
• You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair server or network infrastructure;
• All bets placed through your account are your sole responsibility. j7774 is not liable for bets placed by any third party gaining access to your account credentials;
• j7774 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical malfunction that resulted in incorrect odds, markets, or game outcomes being displayed;
• j7774 may at its sole discretion limit stake amounts, restrict market access, or apply other account-level restrictions without providing a reason.

06 Deposits & Payments

All deposited funds are held in accounts designated for user balances. j7774 does not use deposited funds for operational purposes. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Available methods are listed in the Cashier section of the Platform;
• Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• j7774 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. j7774 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party providers;
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit;
• All transactions are conducted in the displayed currency. Balances are shown in PKR for the convenience of Pakistani users; the underlying transaction currency may differ depending on the payment method used.

07 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted on j7774:

• Withdrawals will only be processed after KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless expressly agreed otherwise by j7774 support;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier section;
• Processing times vary by payment method. j7774 targets prompt internal processing but cannot guarantee timelines imposed by third-party payment providers;
• j7774 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and to delay payment pending satisfactory verification;
• Active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the real money component of a balance may be withdrawn at any time;
• In the event of account closure for policy violations, j7774 may withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation in accordance with applicable operator policy.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonus offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards made available on j7774 are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered users only and may be subject to minimum deposit thresholds;
• Bonuses that are claimed in violation of these Terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, may be voided in their entirety;
• j7774 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for matters relating solely to that promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, maximum bet during bonus, and bonus expiry date will be stated in the individual offer documentation.

8.3 Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses

Certain bonuses are designated as "sticky" (non-cashable), meaning that the bonus principal is deducted from the balance at the point of withdrawal — only net winnings above the bonus amount are paid out. Non-sticky bonuses become fully withdrawable once wagering requirements are met. The bonus type will be clearly stated in each offer's terms.

09 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on j7774:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the event of a palpable error in the odds or market data, j7774 reserves the right to void affected bets;
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. Bets placed during a technical interruption to the live feed may be voided at j7774's discretion;
• The settlement of sports bets follows the rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, PCB for domestic Pakistan cricket). In the event of a dispute, the recorded outcome from j7774's data provider is final;
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). RTP percentages are disclosed where available. j7774 does not manipulate game outcomes;
• j7774 reserves the right to limit maximum stake sizes, restrict betting markets, or apply other account-level controls at its sole discretion without providing a reason;
• Any bet placed as a result of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the associated account may be closed.

10 Responsible Gambling

j7774 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling on the Platform is intended as entertainment. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible at any time in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a minimum cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders — Notifications after a user-defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period — A temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion — A voluntary, binding restriction that prevents account access for a minimum period elected by the User. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires;
• Reality Check — Pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss position.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j7774 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using third-party details;
• Using the Platform while under the minimum eligible age;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit or wager on the Platform;
• Employing any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage on any game, market, or promotion;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account exploitation of promotional offers;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j7774 staff or other users through any communication channel.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the j7774 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, interface design, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of j7774 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or service;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j7774 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or revenue arising from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or data errors;
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, whether or not conducted within your jurisdiction's legal framework;
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, which is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Account Termination

14.1 Termination by the User

You may close your j7774 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements.

14.2 Termination by j7774

j7774 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction after having been notified of such restriction;
• Any other circumstance in which j7774 determines, at its sole discretion, that continued account operation presents an unacceptable risk to the Platform or other users.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j7774 holds its operating licence. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

j7774 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts and does not recognise the applicability of Pakistani gambling law to these Terms. Nothing in this clause is intended to override any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in a User's jurisdiction.
